Responsibilities

Help provide reliable, continuously available quoting solutions for business insurance products to our agents and customers
Work as a full stack developer with development teams across multiple organizations to grow our BOP footprint by adding new functionality to our existing BOP web application
Create, guide, modify, and maintain technical solutions and participate in full lifecycle development
Mentor other developers, interact with internal stakeholders, and collaborate with other technical resources across the organization
Participation in the on-call support rotation required

Required

Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
The completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications

Preferred

OO development using C#
Back-end technologies including .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
High learning agility, effective planning and organizing skills, and can respond to changing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others at all levels
