Responsibilities
Assist with daily operation of the firm including receptionist and administrative duties, including maintaining clean and secure reception areas, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, and managing office supplies
Check and scan daily mail and distribute to necessary employees
Organize paper files and mail Original Letters Patents and Certificates of Registration to clients via USPS or FedEx
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, on-site/off-site, team social events, etc.)
Manage/maintain firm MCLE renewal and records
Collaborate with other assistant teams on various projects as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
Assist with Firm monthly newsletter
Manage and update the Firm website
Maintain Firm organization charts and employee directory
