Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all legal and financial transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
Reviewing closing documents
Managing escrow accounts
Coordinating with clients and stakeholders
Ensuring funds are disbursed properly
Providing exceptional client service
Qualification
Required
Experience in Closings and Escrow processes
Notary designation and knowledge of applicable notary practices
Familiarity with Residential Real Estate transactions
Strong Customer Service skills and ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Prior experience in the title and escrow industry
