Responsibilities
Responsible for providing service and sales in the home medical equipment showroom
Provides features and benefits of products to patients
Maintains certifications on equipment and supplies
Serves as the first point of contact in troubleshooting medical equipment in customer homes and in the store
Manages customer accounts to ensure insurance coverage is correct, schedules appropriate follow up appointments with therapists and reviews follow up order requests
Qualification
Required
1+ years prior medical field customer service experience required or any other combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, or abilities preferred
Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and prioritization skills required
Computer software applications proficiency required

Prior retail sales experience preferred
