Responsibilities
Evaluate inventory levels to formulate and implement effective strategies for inventory reduction and optimization
Attain comprehensive understanding of the assigned position through thorough on-the-job training and mentorship
Fulfil assigned responsibilities under the guidance of management and team members, acquiring valuable insight into operational procedures, management techniques, and leadership practices
Strengthen technical, managerial, and leadership competencies through hands-on experience and involvement in a variety of assignments
Actively participate in team projects and meetings to promote collaboration and contribute to the attainment of project goals
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a bachelor's program focused on one of the below: Industrial Distribution & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Equivalent programs will also be considered
Demonstrated proficiency in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with particular emphasis on Excel
Drive to learn and adapt within a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Preferred
Prior experience working with SAP is desirable
