Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of digital transformation initiatives
Develop integrated project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams including government, contractors, and field operators
Track cost, schedule, and performance metrics
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Support delivery of:
Three initial operational transformation pilots
Up to 10 enterprise transformation projects
Establish standardized project management processes and templates
Support governance, reporting, and executive briefings
Coordinate with IT PM and technical leadership
Support development of digital transformation implementation plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field and nine (9) years of project management experience
Must possess an active Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship required
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe)
Experience applying SAFe methodologies in a federal program environment, aligning Agile delivery with governance, compliance, and mission-driven outcomes
Demonstrated experience leading transformation, modernization, or innovation initiatives
Experience with Project & Program Tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar
Experience managing federal IT or digital transformation programs
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and organizations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred
PMP or Agile certification preferred
Experience supporting DHS or US Coast Guard programs
Familiarity with digital engineering, MBSE, or DevSecOps environments
Experience managing pilot programs transitioning to enterprise scale
