Responsibilities

As our US based representative of the People team, you will also dedicate ~20% of your time to support additional cross organizational HR initiatives & Operations activities
Partner with sales and marketing leadership as a trusted advisor to shape talent strategy and attract top-tier candidates for GTM and Marketing tea
Lead end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
Source creatively and proactively, keeping candidate experience top of mind
Own new recruiting initiatives that drive business growth and expand your skill set

Required

Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Sales, GTM, or Marketing roles, ideally with exposure to global teams in a start-up
Excellent communicator, a strong collaborator, adaptable and able to build & manage relationships with stakeholders across functions and regions in a global team

Preferred

Experience in GTM, Marketing, or Sales recruitment, especially in security companies - is a strong plus
Experience with Greenhouse is a plus
