The role involves managing and troubleshooting an enterprise compute, storage, and desktop environment, providing 24x7 support, and maintaining standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities
Implement and support projects as required to meet TS goals and objectives
Implement, manage, maintain, and support the System Architecture solutions
Provide 24x7x365 support resolution for enterprise hardware and software as needed
Create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation
Provide reports and metrics for performance analysis and growth planning
Establish a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule and execute planned activities
Provide technical and operational guidance to staff and contractors as needed
Work onsite every day (M-F)
Perform related duties as directed
Qualification
Required
B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. OR High School Diploma with Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience working in an enterprise infrastructure environment in addition to the time required in the Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years or more experience with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Microsoft Server Platforms - Windows Server 2019 / 2022 OS
1-2 years or more experience with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Microsoft Software Services - Windows Desktop OS
1-2 years or more experience with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Microsoft Management Services - Active Directory
1-2 years or more experience with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Understanding of physical Server hardware and storage concepts - Dell PowerEdge, HP Proliant, Compellent, Pure Storage, DataDomain
1-2 years or more experience with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Familiarity with VMware Virtualization and Management Platforms - ESXi, vCenter, vSphere
Familiarity with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Microsoft Server Platforms: Basic Knowledge of Windows SQL Server
Familiarity with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Microsoft Software Services - Understanding of Microsoft 365 User Management
Familiarity with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Microsoft Software Services - Understanding of Defender (or comparable security tools)
Familiarity with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Microsoft Management Services - Some familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Intune
Familiarity with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Microsoft Management Services - Some familiarity with PowerShell and how it can be used
Familiarity with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, exposure to Microsoft Azure Services (Azure AD, basic governance concepts)
Familiarity with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Exchange - online or on prem
Familiarity with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of: Back up and Recovery solutions - Veeam or similar
Ability to assist with data center tasks, including rack and stack of equipment
Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 30lbs as part of hardware installation duties
