Responsibilities
Prepare civil site design plans including grading, drainage, utilities, erosion & sediment control, and roadway layouts
Assist with site feasibility studies, reports, and permit applications
Perform stormwater management and hydrology calculations
Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and other design disciplines
Support municipal submissions and respond to agency comments
Assist with construction phase services as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in civil site/land development design
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Familiarity with NYS codes, local municipal standards, and permitting processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
EIT certification preferred or ability to obtain
