Greet customers on the service drive and perform damage walk-arounds
Write accurate estimates using CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex
Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
Manage supplements, documentation, and repair authorizations
Coordinate repair timelines with the Toyota body shop team
Ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction at delivery
Qualification
Required
2+ years of collision estimating (dealership or body shop)
Strong knowledge of insurance processes and OEM repair standards
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
I-CAR/ASE certifications
Toyota experience
bilingual (English/Spanish)
