Planning and executing testing sessions, including developing and implementing participant schedules
Interacting with families and ensuring high-quality data collection
Managing participant records and maintaining compliance with IRB protocols

Qualification

Behavioral research experienceData collection skillsBasic computer programmingOrganizational skillsWritten communicationProblem-solvingInterpersonal skills

Required

Experience interacting with parents and working with infants or children, preferably in a research or professional setting
Familiarity with basic computer programming and ability to quickly learn new technical skills
Demonstrated skill interacting with colleagues and other adults in a professional setting
Strong organization skills and exceptional attention to detail
Highly self-motivated, able to solve problems independently and with initiative
Written communication skills needed for corresponding with families and coordinating with colleagues
Experience assisting with behavioral or cognitive neuroscience research
Ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate participant testing independently
Must have reliable transportation for commuting to offsite testing locations

Preferred

Willingness to transfer some weekday hours to weekends for data collection with families that cannot participate during the week
