Responsibilities
Lead complex employment-based, talent-based, and investment-based immigration matters from strategy development through filing and adjudication
Manage a full caseload independently while adhering to structured workflows and productivity benchmarks
Prepare, review, and submit filings to USCIS, the Department of Labor, and the Department of State, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Conduct detailed client interviews to gather eligibility information and advise on immigration pathways
Maintain regular client communication, providing clear updates and strategic guidance
Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff within a standardized case pipeline
Utilize case management and project tracking tools to monitor deadlines, workflows, and filings
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school
Active law license in good standing with at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum of 5 years of focused experience in business immigration law, including employment-based, talent-based, and investment-based cases
Strong working knowledge of USCIS, DOL, and DOS procedures and regulations
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume matters without sacrificing quality
Exceptional legal writing, organizational, and analytical skills
Comfort working in technology-driven environments, including familiarity with case or project management tools such as Jira
