They are seeking a Conflict of Interest Analyst to assist with the development of their Conflict of Interest Program, including identifying employees for disclosures, reviewing disclosures, and providing administrative support to committees.

Responsibilities

Assist with identification of UVA Health employees who should submit conflict of interest disclosures
Develop a framework for soliciting disclosures from certain populations
Review conflict of interest disclosures on behalf of UVA Health System hospitals and medical groups
Prepare draft conflict management plans, as appropriate
Monitor compliance with management plans
Provide administrative and organizational support to the Conflict of Interest committees
Assist with training relating to Conflict of Interest policies at UVA Health

Required

Bachelor's degree
Four years of relevant experience
Experience with conflict of interest programs at hospitals or universities is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with Stark and Anti-Kickback laws
Familiarity with UVA Health COI policies
Familiarity with Virginia laws governing state employees
Ability to navigate multiple disclosure systems
Organizational and critical thinking skills are essential
Subject matter licensure may be required
