Accounts Payable Supervisor

Responsibilities

Receive, process, and deposit accounts receivables
Review, process, and pay invoices and monthly obligations
Monitor expenses for proper classification and documentation
Perform monthly reconciliations for bank, credit, and investment accounts
Maintain prepaid account
Maintain and replenish petty cash account
Conduct daily banking activities
Reconcile all bank and credit accounts
Assist with management of employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement
Assist with preparation for annual financial audit and other program audits
Post and balance entries to general ledger
Prepare 1099s and other tax-related forms
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently

Flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a diverse environment
