Business Analyst

Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners business stakeholders and technical teams to evoke analyze and document business requirements
Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with full stack development teams Java NET ReactJS to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals
Facilitate sprint planning backlog grooming and daily stand-ups in Agile Scrum environments
Conduct gap analysis impact assessments and root cause analysis for banking applications
Support UAT by defining test scenarios and tie with QA teams
Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Act as a bridge between business and technology ensuring clear communication
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking or Financial Services domain
Good of banking products regulatory requirements and digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with Java NET CASPNET ReactJS and full stack architecture
Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
Excellent documentation skills using tools like JIRA Confluence and MS Office Suite
Good in problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or related field
Preferred
Experience with APIs microservices and cloud platforms Azure AWS
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CICD pipelines
Certifications like CBAP PMIPBA or Agile BA are a plus
