The role involves processing a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and timely, as well as resolving payment issues for vendors.

Process a high volume of vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner with company policy and guidelines
Answer vendor emails and research payment issues
Communicate any unresolved issues to supervisory personnel on a timely basis
Qualification
Required
Current knowledge of and the ability to apply generally accepted accounting principles, standards and procedures
Approximately 2-3 years related experience in a corporate environment
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate across organization and with vendors
Must have basic computer skills
