Responsibilities
Assist with administrative and operational projects
Support data collection, reporting, and basic analysis
Participate in meetings and observe leadership workflows
Assist with process improvement and special projects as assigned
Provide general administrative support to leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an MHA or related graduate program
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Interest in healthcare administration and leadership
LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards
