Conduct manual layouts, perform first-article inspections, and utilize tools like Calipers, Micrometers, and Rockwell Testers to ensure every part meets the blueprint
Manage documentation, perform root-cause analysis (CAPA), and maintain ISO 9001 compliance
Direct the quality department’s strategy, manage supplier quality, and program advanced equipment like CMMs
Qualification
Required
Ability to read blueprints
Solid understanding of GD&T
A background in machining, tooling, or precision assembly
Reliability
A positive attitude
A commitment to excellence
Preferred
Experience in firearms or aerospace
