Project Director– Presales Practice Specialist

Responsibilities
RFP Response Management: Lead the creation and management of RFP responses, ensuring all documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their project management needs, pain points, and expectations. Engage in effective negotiations to establish project terms and deliverables
Solution Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of project management capabilities and tailored solutions that address specific customer requirements
Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support during the presales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to project management methodologies and tools
Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to develop strategies for winning new business and expanding existing accounts, ensuring alignment of project management efforts with overall business objectives
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform presales strategies and enhance proposal quality
Documentation and Proposal Writing: Create and maintain high-quality documentation related to project management processes and presales activities, ensuring clear communication of project requirements and updates to stakeholders
Training and Support: Provide training and support to extended teams on project management features, benefits, and competitive positioning
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in project management practices and presales processes. Implement best practices to enhance future project delivery
Performance Metrics: Track and analyze presales performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management, presales, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and customer engagement
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
Proven experience in RFP response creation and management, with a focus on developing winning proposals
Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM and other presales tools; proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
Proven negotiation skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess project efforts and resource allocation
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
