Responsibilities
Assist in general construction labor within a state-of-the-art modular factory
Operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently
Read and interpret measurements up to 1/16" with precision
Maintain a stable production phase and ensure high up-time of machinery
Implement innovative processes and strategies to enhance team performance
Promote and adhere to company values in all tasks
Qualification
Required
Experience with general labor, construction, and production tasks
Proficiency in using power and hand tools, including carpentry and tape measure skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with concrete and other materials
Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16"
Proven ability to problem-solve and self-start
Desire to innovate and push boundaries in construction
Willingness to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
