Customer Success Manager

Auctor is building the AI layer for professional services and software implementation, and they are seeking a Founding Deployment Strategist / Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales journey for mid-market and enterprise customers. Responsibilities

Lead enterprise onboarding and deployment , including tailored training sessions
Own the entire post-sales lifecycle with a focus on adoption, retention, and ROI
Engage with ICs, VPs, and C-suite leaders on workflows, integrations, and security
Drive measurable customer outcomes across pilots and long-term contracts
Monitor account health, usage, and risk — proactively course-correct when needed
Serve as the voice of the customer , partnering closely with Product & Engineering
Build repeatable CS playbooks and processes from scratch

Required

3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Deployment Strategy, or similar customer-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company
Experience at high-caliber companies (e.g., Palantir, Big Tech, top consulting firms, or high-growth startups)
Proven experience leading enterprise onboarding and customer trainings
Strong technical fluency — comfortable discussing product workflows, integrations, and security (no coding required)
Demonstrated success driving adoption and retention for enterprise or mid-market customers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both executives and technical users
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Willing to work in-person in New York, 5–6 days per week

Preferred

Strong educational background (Top 20 institutions preferred)
Regular experience working with C-suite, VPs, and senior leaders
Startup experience, ideally Series B or C
