Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, forecast/demand signals to drive integration and improve visibility/accuracy of our planning data for scalable third-party data center operations
Ensure continuous improvement in, lead-time, resources and constraints management across multiple sites with focus on flow optimization that enable faster deployments
Provide integrated plans, labor capacity models and lead cross-functional alignment to keep projects on schedule and identify potential labor shortages or regional bottlenecks within the North America, South America territory and develop contingency plans
Identify ways to leverage value stream mapping to expose gaps in time, touches, cost, and cash
Analyze cross-functional program management and ensure third-party data center sites are ready to support demand fluctuations, urgent customer needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience with data centers and their operations
Experience in supply chain planning (e.g., material or machine planning) and demand forecasting
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
