Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis related to intellectual property litigation matters
Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy, discovery planning, and litigation development
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and negotiations
Analyze technical materials and expert reports related to computer science and electrical engineering technologies
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience practicing intellectual property litigation
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated litigation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work collaboratively while also handling responsibilities independently
Active California Bar admission in good standing
Strong proficiency in legal research, writing, and analysis
Ability to understand and apply complex technical concepts in a litigation setting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
