Responsibilities
Managing data centers, servers, networking and security infrastructure equipment’s
Administering enterprise software systems
Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures
Providing IT support and resolving problems for employees
Assisting with onboarding of new employees
Suggesting and implementing improvements in procedures and equipment
Maintaining knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and services
Managing an issue tracking system and reporting on issue resolution SLAs
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Knowledge of help desk software and ITSM process
Good knowledge of Windows OS administration, windows server administration and networking
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and maintain employee satisfaction
5 years of experience in IT administration and networking knowledge
Must be authorized to work in the US
Preferred
Bilingual: English/Korean highly preferred
