Responsibilities
Answer and manage high-volume phone calls from patients and families
Greet and check in patients for appointments; notify clinical staff of arrivals
Collect and record copayments and outstanding balances
Verify patient demographics and insurance eligibility; create new patient accounts
Support site-specific and clinic-wide initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in patient access, front desk, or medical scheduling
Experience using EPIC (other EMR systems accepted but not preferred)
Background in a Primary Care, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, or Pediatrics setting
Preferred
Pediatrics experience
