Responsibilities
Perform building repairs inside and outside the facility
Maintain the grounds maintenance shop located in the parking lot
Repair and troubleshoot overhead and dock doors
Conduct plumbing repairs as needed
Remove snow and lay salt to ensure safe conditions
Fix and repair leaks on racking and various office furniture items
Maintain windows and employee entrance doors
Qualification
Required
2+ years of facilities maintenance experience
Proficiency in facilities maintenance, plumbing, and dock door repair
Experience with snow removal, overhead door repairs, and leak repairs
Preferred
Carpentry and drywall skills are beneficial
Groundskeeping experience is an advantage
