Responsibilities
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling activities with internal teams
Pick, package, route, and deliver materials to appropriate departments and work areas
Prepare materials and products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
Verify shipment accuracy against bills of lading, invoices, and system records using ERP or inventory management systems
Set up and maintain material locations in ERP systems; resolve receiving and purchase order discrepancies with planning teams
Organize inventory to maximize efficiency, accessibility, and space utilization
Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and related tools
Expedite internal material requests and transfer inventory between multiple locations, including nonconforming material areas
Support material presentation in production areas using standard material flow and visual management practices
Perform physical inventories and cycle counts; accurately record transactions in inventory systems
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies with supervisory guidance
Qualification
Required
