Responsibilities
Leading the frontend architecture and technical direction across one or multiple teams
Designing and building high-performance, scalable web applications
Setting standards for code quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability
Mentoring and coaching engineers, raising the overall frontend bar
Driving adoption of modern frontend tools, patterns, and frameworks
Partnering closely with product, design, and backend teams
Providing technical leadership in a client-facing environment
Ensuring consistency and long-term health across complex frontend codebases
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience building complex web applications at scale
Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems
Strong architectural and systems-level thinking
Proven experience in a frontend lead, principal, or staff-level role
A track record of mentoring engineers and influencing engineering culture
Comfort making high-impact technical decisions
Experience working closely with product and design stakeholders
Interest in payments, fintech, or other highly regulated, performance-critical domains
