New Grad, Entry LevelRemx is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of their team. The role involves compiling data, computing charges, and preparing invoices, with flexible hours available.

Responsibilities
Review and schedule vendor invoices for disbursement
Process sales invoices to customers and control aged receivables
Complete month-end closing processes including running of reports, preparing journal entries and reconciling of accounts
Prepare and ensure general ledger journal entries and account reconciliations are completed accurately and timely
Maintain a strong internal control environment
Produce and provide reports as requested
Respond to internal and external customer and vendor inquiries
Review vendor statements and research to correct discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
Experience in data entry
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Software - Excel (pivot tables and vlookup's), SAGE 50
Ability to prioritize and multitask
