Sales Director
e-Zest is expanding its US sales leadership team, and they are seeking a high-impact Sales Director with a true hunter mindset to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries. The Sales Director will own the full sales lifecycle, building strong executive relationships and helping shape e-Zest’s growth in the US market.

Responsibilities
Drive aggressive new logo acquisition through outbound and strategic prospecting
Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
Lead and mentor a high-performing, hunter-focused sales team
Manage complex, full-cycle enterprise sales engagements
Collaborate with marketing, presales, delivery to craft industry-specific value propositions
Navigate and sell within regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, GxP)
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in IT services sales
Proven success closing net-new deals in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes and digital transformation
Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Sandler
Proficiency with Gen AI tools & Familiar with Salesforce & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel 30–40%
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
