$30/hr - $30/hrThe Midtown Group is hiring Snow Dump Site Coordinators to support snow removal operations during winter weather events. This outdoor role is responsible for directing snow plows and trucks at designated snow dumping sites and ensuring safe, efficient flow of vehicles.

Responsibilities
Direct snow plows and dump trucks entering and exiting snow disposal sites
Guide drivers on where and when to dump snow safely
Track truck and plow activity, including load fullness and site capacity
Monitor site conditions and vehicle flow to prevent congestion or safety issues
Communicate clearly with drivers and operations staff
Maintain awareness during active snow events and changing conditions
Qualification
Required
Ability to work outdoors in winter weather for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Comfortable directing vehicle traffic in an active work zone
Reliable transportation to assigned sites
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Willingness to work overnights, weekends, and during snow emergencies
Preferred
Experience with snow operations, construction sites, traffic control, or logistics
Familiarity with radios or basic tracking logs
Previous outdoor or industrial work experience
