Responsibilities
Receive high volume of inbound calls and respond to inquiries within procedural requirements
Consistently perform outbound phone calls to follow up on missing or incorrect information
Initiate electronic communication via email and/or fax
Ensure that documents received electronically and via shipment are processed in a timely fashion (electronic and shipped)
Create follow-up actions to ensure quickest possible resolution
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
Ability to receive high volume of inbound calls and respond to inquiries within procedural requirements
Consistent performance of outbound phone calls to follow up on missing or incorrect information
Initiation of electronic communication via email and/or fax
Timely processing of documents received electronically and via shipment
