Responsibilities
Receive high volume of inbound calls and respond to inquiries within procedural requirements
Consistently perform outbound phone calls to follow up on missing or incorrect information
Initiate electronic communication via email and/or fax
Ensure that documents received electronically and via shipment are processed in a timely fashion (electronic and shipped)
Create follow-up actions to ensure quickest possible resolution
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Ability to receive high volume of inbound calls and respond to inquiries within procedural requirements
Ability to consistently perform outbound phone calls to follow up on missing or incorrect information
Ability to initiate electronic communication via email and/or fax
Ability to ensure that documents received electronically and via shipment are processed in a timely fashion
