Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines including Haas, Gantry, and Mori-seiki
Set up machines for production runs
Produce both small quantities (1-2 parts) and larger runs (up to 100 parts per night)
Work with aluminum materials to create structural parts
Ensure all parts meet quality and precision standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mill machining
Proficiency in using CNC milling machines
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft software and G&M codes
Experience in fabrication and aerospace manufacturing
Experience in setting up machines is required
Familiarity with working in aluminum is essential
