Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to drawings and work instructions
Read and interpret mechanical and assembly prints
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Operate shop equipment such as drill presses, saws, lathes, and mills
Perform drilling, tapping, and general mechanical assembly
Troubleshoot basic mechanical, pneumatic, and sensor-related issues
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Assist with occasional field or customer support as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of mechanical assembly experience
Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
Hands-on experience with tools and shop equipment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Experience with pneumatic systems and schematics
Sensor troubleshooting experience
Welding or machining experience
Experience working in an industrial or automotive manufacturing environment
