Responsibilities
Define Digital Banking product strategy and translate business objectives into clear roadmaps
Partner with engineering to design scalable, high-performing solutions across mobile, online, APIs, and core banking systems
Track, analyze, and report KPIs to drive product adoption, engagement, and performance
Manage CapEx and OpEx budgets; provide ROI and financial reporting for digital initiatives
Lead quarterly planning, aligning stakeholders on priorities, resources, and sequencing
Serve as a cross-functional leader, fostering accountability, transparency, and results
Qualification
Required
8+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management; Digital Banking or FinTech experience preferred
3+ years in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of digital channels, APIs, cloud platforms, and core system integrations
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking
Advanced data analysis skills (financial modeling, KPIs, scenario planning)
Strong communication skills for executives, engineers, and business stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce platforms is a plus
