Responsibilities
Operate abrasive blasting equipment to clean surfaces
Carefully control pressure and direction of abrasive materials
Load sand, grit, or abrasive materials into the blasting machine
Monitor and maintain adequate supply of materials in the hopper
Ensure safety protocols and policies are followed to prevent hazards
Read and accurately execute work orders with minimal supervision
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in sandblasting and production processes
Experience with general labor tasks and manufacturing processes
Ability to use hand and power tools
Capable of reading and executing work orders accurately
High attention to detail and quality assurance
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Fluency in English for speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension
Ability to work at least 40-50+ hours per week
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Commitment to safety standards and policies in all work environments
