Responsibilities

We are seeking associate candidates with 2+ years of experience in acquisition financing transactions for private equity funds with the demonstrated ability to lead transactions
Candidate must be experienced in working on borrower-side matters
Our private equity department has a large, national platform that we are seeking to further expand with the right candidate
Must be barred in California
Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues
