Responsibilities
Support planning, organization, and execution of clinical operations and training projects to ensure timelines and milestones are met
Maintain and refine a centralized master project plan to provide visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate individual project timelines and integrate them into overarching program plans
Facilitate project status discussions, track action items, and support issue and risk management
Act as a project coordinator for larger initiatives by organizing meetings, documenting decisions, and monitoring deliverables
Manage project documentation, meeting notes, and procedural records with a high level of accuracy and organization
Provide communication and logistical support for procedural implementations and training initiatives
Monitor procedural document activity and training completion status using enterprise systems
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience supporting clinical studies or clinical operations environments
3+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or operational support roles
Proficiency with project management and productivity tools such as MS Project, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
Experience supporting documentation, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders in regulated environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and escalate risks when needed
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively
Preferred
Familiarity with clinical quality or training systems (e.g., document management or LMS platforms) is a plus
