Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain narrow-web flexographic printing presses
Run pressure-sensitive labels on paper and film substrates
Perform efficient make-readies, color matching, and registration control
Monitor print quality throughout production and make real-time adjustments
Troubleshoot press, print, and material issues to minimize downtime
Accurately report production data, downtime, and waste
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized press area
Collaborate with prepress, quality, and finishing teams
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of print press machine operation experience
Proficiency in printing press, machine operation, and troubleshooting
Mechanically inclined with the ability to set up and troubleshoot machines
Understanding of the print industry, including inks and plates
Preferred
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Ability to operate flexographic printing presses
