Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional teams to create innovative data collection and privacy solutions
Focus on product, business, and partner needs for high-quality experiences
Lead technical direction for Server Driven UI components, APIs and GraphQL schema design
Ensure systems are scalable, performant, and reliable
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in software development with a focus on web UI and server side technologies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent professional experience
Exceptional proficiency in the fundamentals of any programming language, with a focus on TypeScript, JavaScript, and React for web development
Passionate about cross-client development, with experience in testing, automation and CI/CD frameworks
Endlessly curious with a proactive approach to technology, learning, and innovation, and a strong advocate for privacy solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products
Always seeking different perspectives, feedback, and relevant information to consider tradeoffs and avoids over-engineering
Endeavors to elevate the knowledge, skills, and abilities of yourself and others, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment aiming to continuously grow and improve
Skilled in creating scalable and reusable server-side components, with an understanding of privacy best practices in web and server-side development
Champion operational excellence through robust system design, effective monitoring, and continuous process improvement
8+ years of professional experience designing, building, and shipping full-stack software using Javascript, React, Java, GraphQL, and using unit tests and other automation to validate quality
Preferred
Privacy-first mindset and can help us raise the bar for user data protection
Familiarity with global privacy regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Built or contributed to consent management, user data access, or privacy compliance features
Collaborated with privacy, legal, or compliance teams on product development
