Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of NextGen DataFlow and Enterprise Archive
Orchestrate complex technology delivery across engineering, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholder groups
Serve as the delivery owner, driving scope, timelines, resourcing, integration activities, risk management, and execution governance for a mission-critical transformation program
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in technical project management, infrastructure/platform delivery, or program leadership in complex enterprise environments
Proven track record delivering large-scale data, integration, or archiving platforms (e.g., cloud data platforms, regulatory archives, distributed systems)
Deep familiarity with infrastructure provisioning, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise DevOps practices
Expert in portfolio and program management, with a strong transformation mindset and ability to lead multi-year, multi-team initiatives
Demonstrated ability to manage complex delivery under tight timelines, ambiguity, and evolving priorities
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills across global teams, both technical and non-technical
Knowledge of data governance, regulatory archiving requirements, security controls, and compliance workflows in financial services
Ability to define detailed requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
