Panel Assembly Specialist

Responsibilities

Pick and prepare parts needed for orders
Assemble electrical panels and enclosures
Cut, strip, and terminate wires
Assist with inventory management and conduct cycle counts of electrical components
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the panel shop
Maintain excellent customer service and professional correspondence with internal customers
Read and decipher electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
Use small hand tools for assembly and repair tasks
Run cables and wires within enclosures
Understand and work with low voltage power systems
Process work orders daily, ensuring timeliness and quality control
Track tools, consumables, and inventory items in panel shops
Load and unload materials using handling equipment when necessary

Required

High School diploma required
Minimum one year of relevant manufacturing experience
Experience with electrical panel assembly
Ability to read and decipher electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
Good understanding of electronic schematics
Experience using small hand tools
Ability to run cables and wires within enclosures
Understanding of low voltage power systems
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others

Preferred

NetSuite or similar ERP software experience preferred
Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus
Soldering skills are advantageous
Strong organizational skills
Integrity, strong work ethic, and dedication to results
Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
