Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mine, Civil or Geological Engineering
14 plus years of experience as a Mine Engineer
Must have experience in AutoCAD, MineSight, or similar Mine Planning Software
Experience leading technical and operating teams
Must have experience in Long Term Strategic Mine Planning and Short Term Mine Planning and scheduling
Must have practical general knowledge in geology, hydrology and geotechnical areas of mining as needed to effectively manage a multi disciplined team
Preferred
Open pit experience preferred
