Mobile Crisis Team Lead / CR2
Easterseals PORT Health is dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities, and they are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Crisis Team Lead to join their Community Regional Crisis Response team in Northern Virginia. This role is responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision of the Mobile Response Team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining relationships with community partners.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the primary administrative and clinical supervision of the CR2 Mobile Response Team
Review service documentation for accuracy and clinical appropriateness
Conduct retrospective service reviews
Oversee assessments and provide direct supervision to CR2 Coordinators
Maintain relationships with community partners and coordinate individual care
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
Participate in the supervisor on-call rotation
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in health, psychology or social work
Licensed or License-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a mental health or substance use setting, with strong organizational and documentation skills
A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance
