Automotive Sales Client Advisor

Sunwise Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Client Advisor to join their team at Weatherford BMW/MINI Of Berkeley. The role focuses on providing a premium customer experience by assessing client needs and offering vehicle options, while building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a new vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Spending time with clients to determine their needs and advise vehicle options and pricing
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
Working with the Sales Management team to provide quotes and explain financing options
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Use the CRM to follow up with prospective client customers, set appointments, answer leads, follow up on portfolio and return email / voicemail throughout the day
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new vehicles
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Performs other administrative duties as assigned by management
Maintains high ethical standards in all actions
Always maintains professional appearance

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of automotive sales experience
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Ready to waste no time on learning product ins and outs, eager to improve
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Excellent follow through and customer service skills
High attention to detail

Preferred

Highline dealership experience a plus
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
CDK experience a plus
Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
