Responsibilities
Maintain trackers, audit files, logs, and reports
Support ALCOAST, directives, forms, and publication documentation
Conduct basic proofreading and content accuracy checks
Provide customer service to Sponsors and assist with correspondence
Update SharePoint and Power Apps fields accurately
Support Project Manager and key personnel with admin duties
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
1 year customer service/admin experience
typing 35 WPM
strong English language skills
MS Office familiarity
Preferred
Associate degree in IT
Associate degree in Admin
Associate degree in Military/Library Science
Associate degree in Homeland Security
Associate degree in English
