Mid, Senior LevelPactum AI is seeking a challenge-driven Customer and Community Marketing Lead to build the customer voice at the center of Negotiation Intelligence. This strategic role involves creating a practitioner community, turning customer experiences into advocacy, and positioning Pactum as a trusted resource for procurement professionals.

Responsibilities
Build and manage Pactum’s customer and practitioner community, creating a space where procurement leaders learn, connect, and engage around Negotiation Intelligence
Identify, activate, and support customer advocates who are willing to share experiences, perspectives, and outcomes
Own and evolve the Negotiation Heroes program, including customer spotlights, recognition, and storytelling initiatives
Develop authentic customer stories and case studies rooted in real procurement challenges, decisions, and results
Organize and host virtual and in-person community sessions such as roundtables, meetups, and peer discussions
Support Negotiation Intelligence certifications and badges, encouraging participation and reinforcing practitioner credibility
Encourage and enable customers to participate in events, panels, content, and industry discussions
Partner closely with Social, Content, and Events teams to amplify customer voices and ensure consistency across channels
Represent the customer perspective across marketing initiatives and act as a bridge between customers, community, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
A background in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, with first-hand understanding of procurement workflows and challenges
Experience as a procurement practitioner, buyer, sourcing lead, or category manager, or a strong interest in transitioning from procurement into a community- or content-focused role
Comfort engaging with senior procurement leaders in conversations, events, and discussions
An active or confident communicator, including on platforms such as LinkedIn or in live settings
Strong relationship-building and facilitation skills, with the ability to earn trust and encourage participation
Strong skills in storytelling, education, and community building
A startup-ready mindset that is curious, accountable, and motivated by ownership and impact
