Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans to meet production schedules and goals
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
Analyze production processes to identify and implement improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement
Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to manufacturing plans
Monitor and analyze production data to optimize resource allocation and workflow
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related engineering experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related engineering experience
Preferred
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems
Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing planning tools (e.g., ERP systems)
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
