Scybers is a company that helps mid-enterprise businesses enhance their security through an AI-assisted extended security team model. They are seeking a Founding Head of US Sales and Google Cloud Alliances to build the US commercial motion, accelerate growth, and establish key partnerships, particularly with Google Cloud.
Responsibilities
Build and close pipeline across the US (net-new + expansions)
Establish repeatable sales motions: outbound, events, partner-sourced, and referrals
Own key relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and CEOs
Co-sell with Google: enablement, forecasting, QBR rhythm, and joint GTM execution
Build the foundation for the first US sales hires and partner coverage as traction grows
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of B2B sales in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or services
Proven hunter with multi-stakeholder cycles (4–12 months) and $200K–$1M+ ACV wins
Strong executive presence with CIO/CTO/CISO conversations grounded in outcomes
Comfortable partnering tightly with delivery, solution engineering, and leadership to win and retain
Partner-first mindset
Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (MDR/SOC, SIEM, cloud security, identity, risk/compliance)
Preferred
hyperscaler co-sell experience, especially with Google Cloud
